Moodles — mood doodles by Beth Smith
From the Community
It’s a relief, to *see* one’s mood on paper as expressed by another - as one’s mood is not only fleeting but belongs to the whole human race and indeed we are part of this.

Insight and Intuition — Music by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson

INSIGHT
INTUITION
Dr. Jeffrey Thompson spearheaded a lot of research on the application of sound for health and wellbeing. Now, there’s a lot one can read and Google about which I won’t go into here :).
What I do know is that I enjoyed these tracks, particularly as part of a morning meditation practice.

On ‘Moods’ — a quote from Joyce Carol Oates
From the Internet
"One must be pitiless about this matter of "mood." In a sense, the writing will _create_ the mood. ... I have forced myself to begin writing when I've been utterly exhausted, when I've felt my soul as thin as a playing card, when nothing has seemed worth enduring for another five minutes ... and somehow the activity of writing changes everything."
— Joyce Carol Oates
