Untitled — artwork by Eve
From the Community
I found this piece truly mesmerising when I first came across it, and its tiny size on a phone screen (or even a laptop screen) does it no justice. I don’t know how big Eve’s original piece was, but I couldn’t resist printing this on a large A2 sheet and pinning it up on my office wall.
This is something I occasionally do with pieces I find on the internet, and they spend a good few weeks up on the wall. I find the ongoing rotation of new artworks energises and refreshes my space.

A type-written poem in response to Eve’s artwork above:
I admire anyone who can use a type-writer without introducing a typo for the whole poem.

On Poetry — a quote from Gaston Bachelard
From the Internet
“The great function of poetry is to give us back the situations of our dreams... To read poetry is essentially to daydream.”
— Gaston Bachelard, The Poetics of Space

Beautiful art. But the poem I really liked. And the quote about poetry. To read poetry is to daydream. A wonderful thought. It's more to me, but I like this.
Especially inspiring this morning. Thanks!
